By making minor adjustments to the production line flow sheet and utilizing mineral-specific chemicals, the complex efficiently processes these ores to produce high-quality concentrates with excellent efficiency.
The company specializes in the flotation of lead and zinc ores, including both oxide and sulfide types, to produce high-purity concentrates with maximum efficiency and minimal energy consumption. Utilizing the latest processing technologies, equipment, and machinery, the flotation process is carried out by a team of young, skilled, and experienced professionals. The facility is also capable of producing other mineral products with minor adjustments and within a short timeframe when required. Throughout all production stages, the complex strictly adheres to safety and health standards, ensuring environmentally friendly operations with no industrial wastewater or harmful pollutants generated.
By utilizing chemical reagents such as activators, arresters, collectors, and foaming agents, the flotation process separates minerals with precision, leveraging differences in wetting properties and mineral behavior in liquid and gaseous environments.
